*  the 2 story townhomes are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the buildings – one is a 3 BR / 2 1/2 Bath unit with 1664 AC SF and 1985 total SF, and a 2 BR / 2 ½ bath townhome with slightly smaller SF of 1512-1600 and 1700 SF depending on the location in the buildings.  Layouts are similar with the upstairs level being 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a 1/2 bath downstairs.
