homes that is ideal for people not looking for the country club lifestyle.

Boca Bath & Tennis, the Seasons and Newport Bay are three gated
neighborhood communities of 200 - 350 homes centered
around tennis and fitness facilities. Boca Bath
& Tennis homes are all single family and prices
range from $300,000 to more than $750,000, and The
Seasons single family homes range from $450,000
to $900,000. Newport Bay offers patio and single
family homes from $150,000 to over $700,000. These
neighborhoods are all more traditional family-oriented
communities.
The Estancias are 3 small gated communities opposite Boca West

Arvida's neighborhood single family communities of
